Sending Artwork

Simply reply to the conﬁrmation e-mail you receive after you’ve placed your order and attach your art ﬁle. This ensures that we can match your artwork to the speciﬁc order you’ve placed.

If you prefer, you can simply e-mail your artwork to your Account Manager who will be in contact with you promptly after we receive your order. Regardless, there’s no need to worry, our sales team will review your order and contact you prior to production to work out all the details.

Remember, artwork preparation is FREE – Meaning Free Artwork – and you’ll receive an e-mail mock-up for your approval – FREE – before your order goes into production!

Payment & Goods

We can assist to redraw your logo as best we can based on the quality provided to us.

Just send us what you have and we’ll work with you on the rest. Please be sure to supply us with as much information as possible to help with redrawing your logo. Fonts used for example as well as any pantone colours.

Please be sure to contact us if you have any questions at all. Please know that we can only assist you with free vector art redraws if it’s a single logo. Any additional logos that require a vector redraw will be charged for. Calendars, Banners, Pamphlets, Business Cards, Gazebos Designs etc. do not fall under our free artwork and will need to be supplied to us in vector format by you.
