Terrible terrible service and products! I am absolutely appalled - we placed a large order with the promo group for client gifts, desk pad calendars, notebooks, paper cubes and tent calendars - all were received late - the cubes came without paper - something we cannot source here in Seychelles and the calendars don't stick - low cost cheap material. Not happy at all - will never use them again :(

Ever since dealing with Jessica and her team in 2016, I have never looked back. They are an incredible group to work with, they never let on that I cause issues in the factory with my last minute chopping and changing and still manage to deliver on time every time - in fact the last lot of "Mopmen" were supposed to be delivered to my house due to me not being in the office and they arrived a few days early. Words cannot describe how happy I was with THAT delivery as it saved me time. Loved seeing our students smiles when they got their bags of goodies. Thank you Jess!!! Izaak Whiskin was professional throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Lead times much longer than, and courier and sample charges not charged by competitors. Internal sample sourcing complexity that should not be made the burden of the client.. A few QC issues, which were resolved quickly, however should have all been checked prior to dispatch. Strange payment policy of 50% upfront and then the other 50% 'upfront'. Why not just say, '100% upfront' to avoid confusion and Admin duplication? Kind regards Greg Castle

Dealing with Maurice and Talent I would like to share the following: Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to place a last minute order with Maurice, forward him the actual artwork approval and to my horror change the said product. Needing to approve the artwork once again, as Maurice assisted me with a completely different promotional gift on Monday 04:53 pm (and still awaiting new artwork), I honestly didn't think that I would have my order finalized in time. Just this morning I received my confirmation that my order is ready for collection. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that the finalization is in time even if I couldn't quite believe it given the timeframe they had to manage branding these items as well. The service delivery standards and overall customer service received from Maurice and Talent are outstanding to say the very least. Well-done to the Promo Group for having such excellent employees, they are truly irreplaceable!

I wish all companies in South Africa have such great, sufficient and accommodating service. I've contacted them and they we're very willing to assist and work with a tight deadline. I'll recommend this company to anyone. They're prices was also very competitive.
