While the overall order process presented a few challenges, including an incorrect sample colour and several damaged gift bags, I would really like to recognize Dani Naidoo for the outstanding service she provided throughout the process. Dani's communication was fantastic from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us find solutions. Despite the challenges we experienced, she went above and beyond to ensure that things were addressed, and she ultimately pulled through for us. It's easy to recognise good service when everything goes according to plan, but Dani truly stood out when things didn't.
