Nina BothaWhile the overall order process presented a few challenges, including an incorrect sample colour and several damaged gift bags, I would really like to recognize Dani Naidoo for the outstanding service she provided throughout the process. Dani's communication was fantastic from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us find solutions. Despite the challenges we experienced, she went above and beyond to ensure that things were addressed, and she ultimately pulled through for us. It's easy to recognise good service when everything goes according to plan, but Dani truly stood out when things didn't. Her work ethic, communication, and dedication made a real difference to our experience, and we sincerely appreciate the effort she put in. Dani is a real asset to The Promo Group, and we hope her efforts and commitment are recognised. We would absolutely be happy to work with her again on future orders. Thank you, Dani, for your support and for helping us get through a challenging order process.
