Branded Bags & Backpacks

"Quick responses and painless."

"We have been working with The Promo Group, and specifically with Amalda, for the past few years, and we have come to really value and cherish this working relationship. We regularly use them for our branded hampers, both for our internal team and external clients, and the service we receive is consistently excellent. Amalda is an absolute pleasure - she is always friendly, responsive and incredibly efficient. She gets things done, is always willing to help, and makes the entire process feel easy and stress-free, even when we have tight deadlines or specific requests. It’s rare to find a supplier who not only delivers great quality and service, but also builds such a wonderful working relationship with their clients. We genuinely appreciate Amalda and the team at The Promo Group and look forward to continuing to work with them for many years to come. Highly recommended!"

"While the overall order process presented a few challenges, including an incorrect sample colour and several damaged gift bags, I would really like to recognize Dani Naidoo for the outstanding service she provided throughout the process. Dani's communication was fantastic from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us find solutions. Despite the challenges we experienced, she went above and beyond to ensure that things were addressed, and she ultimately pulled through for us. It's easy to recognise good service when everything goes according to plan, but Dani truly stood out when things didn't. Her work ethic, communication, and dedication made a real difference to our experience, and we sincerely appreciate the effort she put in. Dani is a real asset to The Promo Group, and we hope her efforts and commitment are recognised. We would absolutely be happy to work with her again on future orders. Thank you, Dani, for your support and for helping us get through a challenging order process."
